Elite Curl Extensions Shipping Policy

We are dedicated to delivering your hair extensions in a timely and secure manner. All hair orders that are placed by 1pm Eastern Standard time will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Shipping time estimate is 2-5 business days within Canada and 3-10 business days for international shipping.

Please note that international shipping and shipping to the USA are subject to import tariffs and duties imposed by your country. These charges are collected directly by the carrier from you, the recipient, and are not controlled by or associated with Elite Curl Extensions.

Elite Curl Extensions Return & Exchange Policy

Only stock items are eligible for exchanges. We do not offer refunds on returns, only exchanges.  Exchanges can be made within 14 days of  the purchase date.  Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.  Pre-Orders and custom orders are final sale.  They are non exchangeable and non refundable.

 

To make an exchange request please fill out our return exchange request below. Once approved Please send your package back to Elite Curl Extensions. Please include original invoice number and your full name in the package.  

All products must be unused, in their original packaging and condition (hair extension twine must be intact) for an exchange to be accepted. Any products that have been used or tampered with will not be accepted and will be returned with your next order.

Return  Exchange Request 

What If There’s an Issue with the Hair?

In the rare event you encounter a manufacturer defect with your hair extensions, please follow the steps below to begin our investigation process:

  1. Download and Complete the Defective Hair Claim Form

  2. Return the Hair 

    • Please return the hair to us within 30 days from the date your claim is opened. Our team will properly assess the product and determine weather the issue is due to a manufacturer defect or related to other external factors. Please send the hair with tracking to the following address:

  3. Email Us the Tracking Number and Claim Form

    • Once you've shipped the hair, email us the tracking number and the completed claim form at info@elitecurlextensions.com. Be sure to put “Defective Claim - Order Number [Insert Your Order Number]” in the subject line.
       

  4. Investigation and Refund Processing

    • Once the hair is received you will be notified within 7 days weather it was deemed defective or a result of  external factors.  

 

  • Important Notes:

    • No Refund Without Return:  refund will not be considered without receiving the hair and completing the inspection.

    • Hair received outside of the 30 days of the claim date will not be investigated and will be sent back on your next order. 

    • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping if the hair is not defective. Please ensure that the hair is properly packaged and returned with tracking.
